Community Outreach Specialist Key Duties :

• Attend community events, neighborhood activities, and public spaces to engage potential customers.
• Share AT&T service offerings in a clear, approachable manner.
• Answer questions and address concerns while building trust.
• Distribute promotional materials and track leads from events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for event coverage and strategies.
• Maintain a professional yet personable presence at all times.
• Record and report outreach data and customer feedback.
• Foster positive relationships within the communities you serve.
