Required Skills : Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time and Labor, and Payroll. Solution Reviews : Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards. Process Workflows : Design and implement process workflows that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on HCM processes, Timesheet Processing, and Payroll functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows. Testing and Validation : Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure effective validation of HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time and Labor, and Payroll functionalities. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring all functional requirements are met prior to go-live. Cutover and Change Management : Plan and execute cutover activities to transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Support change management initiatives, including training and communication strategies, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
