Position Summary
We're seeking a driven Comfort Advisor to lead in-home consultations, present system options, and manage each project from the first handshake through installation. This role blends sales, customer service, and technical HVAC knowledge to deliver 5-star experiences to homeowners seeking comfort, efficiency, and value.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys helping customers make informed decisions, and takes pride in seeing projects through from sale to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Customer Engagement : Prospect new business through referrals, inbound leads, and networking. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- In-Home Consultations : Assess home comfort needs, system requirements, and budgets while educating customers on HVAC options and efficiency improvements.
- Proposal Development & Presentation : Create and present at least three customized system options using ServiceTitan or similar CRM tools. Explain product benefits, warranties, and financing.
- Sales Closing & Contracting : Guide customers through contracts and financing options, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Project Coordination : Work closely with install teams and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and seamless project handoffs.
- Customer Experience : Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation to post-installation follow-upmaintaining professionalism, communication, and accountability throughout.

Proven success in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role (preferred)Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiencyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and organized with attention to detailProficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems (a plus)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation & Benefits
