Summary :

We are looking for a candidate with extensive expertise programming multi-axis mills lathes with live tooling and mill-turn machines. The candidate would need to be able to provide first parts and creating program-ready CAM files from customer models and prints.

Technical Requirements :

  • Experienced programming and machining a wide range of materials including the following :

heat-treated alloys stainless steel Inconel Hastelloy aluminum and beryllium copper. Skilled in holding extremely tight tolerances down to .0001.

  • The candidate must have CAM Software experience including the following :

    • Esprit MasterCAM HyperMill Fusion360 CATIA V5 / V6 and SolidWorks.

  • Brands : Okuma DMG Mori Seiki Haas Hitachi and Doosan
  • Controller : Okuma Fanuc Haas and Mazatrol controllers
  • He / she would need to be able to work collaboratively with engineers operators and supervisors to optimize programs and support efficient production processes.
  • The candidate would need proven expertise in aerospace industry.
