Compensation : $150,000 – $190,000 base + 40% annual bonus target

We’re hiring a Senior Preconstruction Scheduler to own the timeline from concept through GMP, shaping pursuit strategies and setting projects up to win—then to deliver.

Your Mission

Embed with preconstruction, design, and executive leadership to produce predictive, logic-driven schedules that drive feasibility, phasing, procurement, logistics, and risk posture on complex pursuits and active precon efforts.

What You’ll Own

Preconstruction Planning : Build detailed, cost-informed, resource-loaded schedules (Primavera P6) from feasibility through GMP.

Schedule Intelligence : Digest drawings, narratives, and contracts to craft critical path logic supporting phasing, logistics, procurement, and enabling packages .

Strategic Advising : Partner with project executives, estimators, design teams, and owners—surface risks, influence sequence decisions, and identify acceleration opportunities.

Executive-Ready Visuals : Create compelling milestone roadmaps, phasing diagrams, and critical path visuals for interviews, proposal decks, and internal reviews.

Risk & Scenario Analysis : Model what-ifs for long-lead items, alternate approaches, design timelines, and procurement constraints.

4D & Data Integration : Leverage Synchro, Navisworks, and Power BI to communicate 4D plans and performance insights to all stakeholders.

Hand-Off Excellence : Translate precon schedules into procurement and startup look-aheads that operations can execute on day one.

What Sets You Apart

7–15+ years of scheduling experience on large commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.

Expert proficiency with Primavera P6 ; familiarity with Oracle Primavera Cloud a plus.

Deep understanding of trade sequencing, subcontractor coordination, procurement , and construction means & methods.

Experience supporting GMP development, phasing plans, and pursuit strategy.

Confident facilitator who can lead planning sessions and influence without authority.

Ability to visualize construction before it happens and communicate clearly to executives, design partners, and clients.

Bonus : exposure to Takt planning , Synchro 4D , Navisworks , and data storytelling ( Power BI ).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $150,000 – $190,000

Annual Bonus : Target 40% of base , tied to company and individual performance
