Job Responsibilities
Create visual concepts and images, including 2-D and 3-D video and storytelling, to convey persuasive messages that lead to :
- Membership acquisition
- Increase in products and services per member
- Brand awareness
- Product and service awareness
Run A / B tests to improve campaign engagement, produce videos for educational tutorials and community events. Hybrid work arrangement available, with the majority of work conducted in-office.
Additional Duties
Conceptualize and produce designs for print, video, and digital media, including usability and campaign engagement testing.Assist with creative briefs, strategies, and analytics.Adhere to corporate brand standards.Help plan and implement the Credit Union's participation in community-sponsored events.Perform other related duties as assigned.Ensure responsibilities are carried out with minimal errors, following departmental standards.Support the Credit Union's market share, asset, loan, and product / service objectives.Provide management with research-based recommendations on market strategies.Deliver results within budget constraints.Contribute to growth objectives concerning new sponsor groups.Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and within budget.Provide professional, prompt, and accurate service to members and staff.Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.Knowledge and Skills
3 to 5 years of related experience with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.Education : Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent certifications in the industry (e.g., IT certifications).J-18808-Ljbffr
