End User Experience (EUX) Business Analyst

Responsibilities

of an EUX Business Analyst :

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Interacts with users to understand their needs, pain points, and desired functionalities of IT systems.
• Process Mapping and Improvement : Analyzes existing business processes and identifies areas where IT systems can be improved to enhance the user experience.
• Solution Design and Prototyping : Develops and tests solutions that address identified user needs, ensuring they align with business objectives and are user-friendly.
• Effectivelymunicates findings and rmendations to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Testing and Quality Assurance : Participates in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that IT systems meet user needs and expectations.
• Documentation and Training : Provides documentation and training materials to support the adoption and use of new or improved IT systems.

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL . The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.
