Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LiveVox Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design blended omnichannel workflows, optimize and maintain critical applications, and manage NICE CXone features. Requirement :

• Professional Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) domain.
• LiveVox Expertise : At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the LiveVox platform.
• Platform Knowledge : Proven experience working with NICE CXone platforms.
• Technical Skills : Strong background in API development, CRM integrations, and designing omnichannel workflows.
• Operational Knowledge : Experience with IVR design, dialer campaign management, and adherence to industry compliance standards.
• Process Management : Familiarity with managing contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and various customer engagement models.
• Agile Competency : Ability to work effectively in agile environments while managing SLAs and contract deliverables.
