Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Mills & Lathe CNC Machinist in the Dallas, 75247 area. If you would like to apply or have any questions, please call (469) 310-5850 and ask for either Juana or Esperanza.

Shift : 1 st shift 6am-3 : 30pm Monday- Friday (With some Saturday’s)

Pay Rate : $25-30 / hour based on Experience

Responsibilities :

  • Perform finishing operations such as deburring, tapping, honing, and bench work.
  • Follow both written and verbal work instructions to assist shop operations.
  • Assist in routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Must be able to Program, Edit , Setup and run CNC Machines.
  • Proof CNC program & edit as necessary.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment through continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.
  • Be a team player, assisting fellow mechanics or other employees requiring help.
  • Comply with all safe work procedures when performing tasks, such as but not limited to Lock Out / Tag Out, & Confined Space.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments. such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Meet cycle time rates established for specific part numbers.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist (Mill & Lathe experience) or in a similar role.
  • Must be able to program, set up and edit.
  • Mus have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, must present it upon application process.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
  • 1 year mechanic experience with material handling experience preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge & skills preferred.
  • Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures (preferred).
  • Pushing / Pulling / Lifting / Carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead.
  • General hand tool knowledge
  • Must have stable work history
  • Pass background and drug screen
