Position Description : Regional Field Services Manager
Reporting to the Vice President of Field Services the Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field service operations across a defined geographic region. This role is focused on safety and ensures timely high-quality service delivery manages technician performance and drives customer satisfaction through operational excellence and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the safety of all employees and drives compliance with all safety and other company policies
- Lead and manage field service teams across multiple customer sites within the assigned region.
- Ensure service delivery meets company standards for safety quality and responsiveness.
- Monitor technician performance conduct ride-alongs and provide coaching and development.
- Coordinate with scheduling logistics and engineering to optimize resource allocation.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Track and report regional KPIs including response time first-time fix rate and customer satisfaction.
- Support hiring onboarding and training of new field service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA NFPA 70E and company safety protocols.
Experience & Skills :
5 years of experience in field service management preferably in electrical or industrial systems.Strong leadership and team development skills.Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi-site operations.Familiarity with service management software and CRM tools.Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.Performance Indicators :
