Corporate Construction Manager (candidates are required to live in Texas) (Dallas)

The Bolton Group is partnering with a large, privately owned company to look for an experienced and driven Lead Construction Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This newly created, high-impact role will manage and scale construction and remodel projects for the retail offices across the US.

Requirements :

• 510 years of hands-on construction experience, preferably in retail / small box construction .
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a keen eye for quality and timelines .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working across multiple concurrent projects .
• Familiarity with building codes, legal requirements, and health / safety protocols.
• Proficiency with project management software .
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Schedule : Remote (Occasional Office / Site Visits)

Salary : $120-140K + bonus
