IT DESK SUPPORT

Our client, a leading organization in the IT support industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Desktop Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Analyst, you will be part of the IT support department supporting end-users and ensuring smooth desktop operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : IT Desk Support

Location : Irving, TX

Pay Range : Up to $32.50 / hour

What's the Job?

Deploy and maintain standardized PC images using tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar platforms.

Provide troubleshooting and support for network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless.

Assist with general desktop support, including hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac OS systems.

Manage IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals, maintaining accurate inventory records.

Document support requests and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system and support remote users effectively.

What's Needed?

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.

Proficiency in PC imaging tools and network fundamentals such as TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
