Looking for an individual with multiple high-level skills to manage construction office with at least 5 years’ experience. Position is Monday to Friday, in person 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm.
Must be well organized with construction knowledge, proficient in Word and Excel. Also, must have good people and communication skills.
Must be experienced in :
HR, bookkeeping, billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, AIA Contracts, payroll,
health and business insurance.
Experience in Sage 100 is helpful but not mandatory.
