Job Purpose

The Event Manager will oversee all aspects of luxury event production : experiential marketing, budget planning and reconciliation, and in-person and digital execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, brand partners, and vendors to deliver premium experiences that embody our brand values and generate measurable ROI. This position has high visibility within the organization and requires exceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and clear, persuasive communication.

Core Accountabilities

Strategic Event Planning & Partnership Management

• Build and maintain strong brand partnerships, aligning on event strategies, business objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Develop comprehensive event briefs, timelines, and post-event recaps to evaluate results and identify improvements.
• Manage the annual events calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal timing.

Event Production & Execution

Budget & Vendor Management

Source, vet, and manage vendors to ensure premium service delivery in line with brand standards.

Innovation & Best Practices

Share best practices across the organization to enhance process efficiency, creativity, and impact.

We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Event Manager with proven experience in the luxury industry to lead the creation and execution of elevated events across the US, currently spanning 15 states. This role requires a visionary professional who can balance creativity and strategic thinking with flawless operational delivery, ensuring every event aligns with business goals, brand standards, and client expectations.
