We re looking for skilled conveyor Millwrights to add to our growing team! As a Millwright specializing in conveyor installation, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of conveyor systems and associated machinery. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure that conveyor systems operate efficiently and safely, supporting the overall goals of our manufacturing and logistics operations.
$32.00 / hr + $120 daily per diem (when residing outside of a 90 mile radius of job site)
Day Shift
7am-5 : 30pm
Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities :
The primary duties of a Millwright is to focus on installation support. Their responsibilities can vary significantly not only from one position to another but also from day to day in the same role. On any given day, they may undertake a range of tasks, including :
Install mechanical conveyors in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer instructionsAssemble and align conveyor components, such as motors, pulleys, bearings, belts, chains, and gearsTest installed conveyor systems to ensure they meet performance requirements and safety regulationsAdjust and modify conveyor components to ensure proper functioningTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with conveyor systems and perform necessary repairsDocument installation and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and job completion timeCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful completion of conveyor installation projectsProvide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of conveyor systemsPotentially required to perform material handler responsibilities when not engaged in primary responsibilitiesDemonstrate and uphold all core values such as integrity, accountability, and teamworkRequirements :
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematicsKnowledge of conveyor systems and installation practicesExperience with welding, cutting, and fabrication of metal componentsAbility to operate power tools and heavy equipmentPhysical fitness and ability to lift heavy objectsExcellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clientsAvailability to work flexible hours and travel as neededCommitment to safety regulations and proceduresBe able to comply with a fingerprint clearanceA valid driver's license will be requiredA pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are requiredCRAS adheres to a strict Substance abuse policy. Employment within CRAS is contingent upon successful completion of Pre-Employment 10-year background screening as well as a 10-Panel non DOT drug screening.
