About the Role

This is a hands-on, entry-level role focusing on managing inbound inquiries and leads for events and banquets. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the event planning process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to execution.

Key responsibilities include :

• Responding to inbound leads and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborating with the events team to coordinate details and ensure client satisfaction.
• Managing booking calendars, contracts, and event documentation efficiently.
• Leveraging your restaurant or event management experience to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients throughout the planning process.

Please note that this role  does not involve outbound marketing or cold calling.

Work Schedule :

This is a weekday, business hours position with occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on bookings.
