job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEffectively communicate key service line messages aligned with marketing Collaborate with physician practice operations leadership to develop and Identify and report barriers to business growth, recommending solutions and Serve as a liaison between the agency and hospitals, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise Coordinate and attend meetings with hospital staff to discuss agency services and potential collaborations Assist with onboarding and training of new hospital partners Monitor and track outreach efforts and report on progress and results to management Stay updated on healthcare regulations and policies to ensure compliance in all outreach activities Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field 5+ years of proven sales or relevant business development experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital or healthcare relations, outreach, or sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations Experience with CRM tools and data tracking Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel as needed
Position : Hospital Relations & Outreach Generalist
Direct Recruit Agency is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospital Relations & Outreach Generalist. This is a full-time contract position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing agency.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote agency services
- Plan and execute outreach events and activities to increase agency visibility and awareness
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for hospital outreach
- Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Meet growth targets for assigned service lines.
- Analyze market data and track performance results.
- Maintain accurate account and contact information in CRM tools.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market
