Position Details :

Shifts : 12-hour shifts

Schedules : Full- Time, Part- Time and PRN (flexible scheduling options)

Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities :

Provide hands- on nursing care and support to residents in an Assisted Living setting

Administer medications

Monitor residents' health status and communicate changes to the care team

Promote a safe, supportive, and home- like environment for residents

Qualifications :

Current LPN license in Alabama (active & in good standing)

Current CNA certificate

Experience in assisted living, long term care, or similar preferred

Compassionate, patient- centered approach to care

Ability to work 12- hour shifts and collaborate with a team
