Position Overview

The Chief of Staff / Head of Operations will lead commercial strategy and operational scaling during a pivotal growth phase. Partnering directly with the Founder & CEO, this leader will translate cutting‑edge AI technology into systematic revenue while helping define an entirely new market category in AI authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy for AI detection and authenticity technology

Build scalable commercial systems, pricing frameworks, and competitive positioning

Manage enterprise and government sales cycles and partnership development

Coordinate cross‑functional operations and enable the CEO’s focus on product and engineering

Lead customer discovery and translate insights into actionable commercial plans

Qualifications

5–8 years of commercial or operational leadership at early‑stage startups (Series A–C)

Proven experience building GTM systems and scaling revenue operations

Strong background in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships

Experience in AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise software preferredExceptional communication and leadership skills across technical and business teams

Mission‑driven mindset and comfort operating in fast‑moving, undefined markets
