Reports to : Regional Medical Director

Location : Cascade, Colorado with travel to other southern Colorado facilities

Work Environment : Adolescent Residential Treatment Center

Job Type : Part Time / PRN

Compensation Range : $70-$90 hourly

As a PRN Medical Provider (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Psychiatric CAQ), you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team. You will :

• Conduct medical and psychiatric evaluations for adolescent clients at our state-of-the-art facility.
• Manage medications and collaborate with other providers to ensure optimal care and safety.
• Provide individual, group, and family sessions as needed to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team and the client's family.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and substance use issues, treatment options, self-care, and prevention strategies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and utilization reviews.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and emotional stability in challenging situations.
