Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support high-visibility and mission-critical aspects of our programs. This role requires independent execution of complex financial tasks and may include oversight responsibilities for junior analysts or complete responsibility for a specific financial assignment or project team.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions :

• Independently perform complex financial analyses to support program planning, execution, and reporting.
• Develop, track, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models for assigned programs or projects.
• Analyze cost trends, financial performance metrics, and program risk to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and contractual requirements.
• May oversee and mentor junior financial staff, reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with program managers, contract teams, and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.
• Lead or support the preparation of cost proposals, pricing strategies, and business case justifications.
• Participate in audits, reviews, and other compliance activities as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $135,000 annually.
