What We Offer :

Location : Glenn Kiser Hospice House – Salisbury, NC

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $7,500 available

Mileage Reimbursement : Provided for all in-home visits

The Registered Nurse (RN) for Outpatient Hospice provides compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals receiving hospice services in their homes and within the Glenn Kiser Hospice House. This role delivers comprehensive assessments, symptom management, patient and family education, and coordination of care in alignment with the hospice plan of care and Novant Health clinical standards.

The RN manages a caseload of approximately 14 patients, ensuring timely visits, continuity of care, and meaningful support to patients and their loved ones during end-of-life care. This position also participates in an on-call rotation every sixth weekend (Saturday and Sunday nights, 8 : 00 PM–8 : 00 AM).

What We're Looking For :

• Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Experience :  Two years direct patient care in medical surgical nursing, required. Previous home care or hospice experience, preferred .
• Licensure / Certification :  Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• Additional Skills (required) :

Ability to provide direct patient care, demonstrate excellent nursing skills.
