We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Print Specialis t, supporting accounts throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX Metroplex. This position reports to our Senior Vice President of Sales - West Region and works closely with the sales teams based out of our Irving, TX and Fort Worth, TX offices.
Your Job :
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients through outbound and in-person sales activity
- Work in partnership with approximately 20 Account Executives to support strategy, product knowledge, and execution throughout the full sales cycle
- Lead efforts to grow Production Print and Wide Format business through planning, prospecting, and local marketing
- Share vertical market knowledge and identify account opportunities with the broader sales teams
- Conduct client discovery sessions, product demonstrations, needs analysis, proposals, and solution-based selling
- Maintain customer relationships through proactive review, ensuring satisfaction and account growth
- Contribute to team business planning, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting
- Stay up to date on competitive trends, print technology, wide format applications, and workflow solutions

A track record of success in Production Print salesExperience working collaboratively with sales teams to drive complex solution sellingFamiliarity with Fiery Digital Print Servers (a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn for prospecting and communicationStrong interpersonal skills and confidence in proposal development and presentationTravel required approximately once every 4–6 weeks for meetings, training, or client visitsNovatech Offers :
