The Business Operations Manager supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through administration of daily accounting, human resources and hospitality services of the community. We are looking for a personable and detail oriented person to ensure the highest level of customer service and hospitality throughout the community. This position is responsible for accurate and efficient management of weekly payroll, resident billing and accounting operational processes. Additionally the Business Operations Manager oversees the supervision of the business office including staffing and training of front-desk / concierge team members.
