Development Fundraising Specialist

Participate in fundraising campaigns, grant administration, major gift and / or charitable development programs.

• Assist with fundraising campaigns including budgets and timelines. Coordinate the creative process, file selection, production and mailing, and the acknowledgement process.
• Support strategy to train staff on marketing campaigns, soliciting donors, and defining levels of giving and benefits. Create printed materials and update databases and websites with campaign program information.
• Implement donor relations / recognition activities. Develop donor confidence and relationships through effective gift solicitation, processing and acknowledgement.
• Support the development and implementation of tracking strategies for solicitation efforts and perform analysis of data for results.

Education :

Strong written and verbal communication skills; storytelling and content creation preferred.

Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and ROI analysis experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Google Suite.

Experience in healthcare with an emphasis in philanthropy or nonprofit development (5+ years preferred).

Familiarity with donor databases and CRM platforms preferred.
