Description

This position works closely with Healthcare Providers, Medical Assistants, Nursing, Quality Improvement team, IT, Operations, Finance, Coding and Billing to meet various data analytics and reporting requirements of each area. Estimated salary range for this position is $75194.30 - $97752.59 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees :

Masters.

Additional Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Business,Statistics,Analytics,Math,Informatic or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a data analytics role within healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience working with healthcare data(including medical claims,pharmacy, & eligibility data),value based population health metrics & performance,PI,quality management and / or utilization management.
• Minimum of 4 years experience working with Tableau, SQL, SAS
• Minimum of 4 years experience in analysis, interpretation & reporting using large-scale healthcare data sets.
• Minimum of 4 years experience with relational databases & knowledge of query tools.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with Excel required & Access preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with coding systems & standardized terminologies such as : ICD,CPT,SNOMED,LOINC, RxNorm.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with data & analytics from Cerner system or other EMRs required.
• Experience leading projects and / or individuals in a formal or informal capacity required.
• Lead & direct highly technical projects of any size, tasks & staff / team members with minimal direction & oversight.
• Serve as the lead analyst & subject matter expert for other Population Health Analysts, provide direction, mentoring, & project oversight.

Minimum Required Experience : 5 Years.
