ProMach is seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade data platforms. This role will shape the future of scalable data architecture, powering analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency across diverse business units. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Databricks, relational databases, ERP / CRM systems, data modeling, data migration, and building and maintaining complex data pipelines. Experience integrating and modeling data from platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and SyteLine is critical.

As a Data Architect at ProMach, your work will directly impact the operational and strategic success of over 45 business units. You will unify data across hundreds of systems to enable advanced analytics, faster decision-making, and a reliable data foundation for the future.

Do you enjoy this work?

• Design and implement scalable data architectures across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
• Lead data integration efforts from multiple enterprise systems, including ERP (SAP, Oracle, SyteLine) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Develop and optimize robust, scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using distributed data processing and orchestration frameworks.
• Lead large-scale data migration projects ensuring integrity, lineage, and minimal business disruption.
• Design and maintain logical and physical data models for both transactional and analytical use cases (e.g., star schema, normalized forms).
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to operationalize and enhance data solutions that meet business goals.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data workflows and storage through best practices in indexing, partitioning, and caching.
• Champion data quality, governance, and metadata management across enterprise reporting and analytics ecosystems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams and advocate for modern data practices and tools.
• Monitor evolving trends and emerging technologies in data architecture to drive innovation and modernization.
