SUMMARY
This position will manage a portfolio of automation projects ranging from $200,000 to $20 million in value from proposal development, into project kick-off and through customer acceptance. This individual may have ten or more team members on the project team including company engineers, subcontractors, and other members of a multi-disciplined engineering team. In addition to implementing traditional project management methodologies, responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the project team to assist them in the problem solving and execution of their roles and technical leadership of the solution design.

Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation / editing, communicate by e-mail and use scheduling software. Example applications include but not limited to Microsoft Office tools such as Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, etc. Ability to learn and use computerized accounting system. Proficient with PLC and HMI programming.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
