Position Overview :

Prima Medicine, a well-established private practice in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Endocrinologist to join our team. This role offers flexibility, with options for part-time (minimum 3 days per week) or full-time scheduling. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and is supported by a multidisciplinary team, including Registered Dietitians and Obesity Medicine Providers, to ensure comprehensive treatment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and metabolic bone diseases.
• Provide individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based care.
• Interpret and manage diagnostic tests, including lab work, imaging, and dynamic endocrine testing.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and treatment adherence.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives and patient education programs.
