What a Typical Day Could Look Like

Life as a Service Technician means that everyday is a new opportunity! In this role you are next-in-line to the Service Manager and will operate daily maintenance responsibilities under their mentorship and direction. As a true extension of the Kairoi Servant Leadership team; you will ensure that residents homes are well maintained the community is running at its best and that vacant homes are fully prepared for their future residents.

You are the Service Resolution Specialist!

• You will be able to respond to resident maintenance requests and concerns in a timely respectful and professional manner.
• You will be a key player in ensuring that vacant apartment homes are made ready for new residents.
• You will help organize and inventory maintenance equipment materials and supplies.
• You will routinely assist in community inspections and in keeping the community free of trash and debris and much more!
• You will be in the on call rotation for after hour emergencies.
