Position Summary
The Division of Community Behavioral Health (CBH), within the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team. The mission of CBH is to address behavioral health care disparities through : health services research and evaluation; training and workforce development; and through increasing access to quality behavioral health services that are holistic, cost-effective and provided with respect to unique cultures and communities.
CBH is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our Early First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program and broader early psychosis initiatives. This program supports young adults experiencing a first episode of psychosis, as well as their families, with a focus on recovery, resilience, and community reintegration.
As part of a multidisciplinary Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) team, the Case Manager will work collaboratively with clinicians, peer support specialists, and vocational providers to help clients achieve greater independence. Key focus areas include housing, benefits and health insurance, financial literacy, transportation, care coordination, education, employment, recreation, and social integration.
Primary Responsibilities :
o Updating and distributing educational materials
o Scheduling and conducting outreach presentations
o Assisting with provider training and community education statewide

This is a full-time, term, benefits eligible position. We are hopeful that this position will continue beyond the listed term. This position may require limited travel within NM, including to meet with clients. This position is based in Albuquerque. This position will work mostly in-office and clinics, and remotely on occasion.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
