Key Tasks

Assist supervisor in coordinating the daily production of product and solving problems

related to the chair assembly from the Config Area.

• Serve as a resource for each operator in the Config Dept.
• Will direct the production work flow within the department and ensure a
• consistent level of productivity;
• Forecast and schedule chair demand for must ship purposes.
• Address product / production process deviations;
• Answer operator questions related to product assembly and work orders;
• Assist supervisor in adhering to quality goals and systems;
• Fulfill assembly duties as a Config operator when additional production capacity
• is needed;
• Other duties as assigned

Your Background

High school diploma or GED

Preferred - three (3) years of experience in the assembly of powered
