Onsite or Remote? Candidate MUST reside in the state of Wisconsin. No relocation allowed. Worksite is in Madison, WI with a minimum expectation of 1 day per week in office (typically Wednesdays) with some additional times in person as needed.
Description : This position will be responsible for helping to improve human resource (HR) processes and systems for the Division of Personnel Management within the Wisconsin Department of Administration. Work will focus on gathering and analyzing the current state of various HR processes to better understand how they differ across the division and where standardization and improvements are possible. The outcomes of that analysis will drive solutions that advance how key functions of human resources are administered across the State of Wisconsin landscape. The chosen candidate will liaison between internal and external stakeholders including HR Leadership, business managers, policy owners, subject matter experts, technical teams and customers to bring about the desired outcomes. The optimal candidate should be skilled in facilitating discussions, soliciting feedback, digesting policy and process documentation, summarizing findings, developing process maps and workflows, and speaking to both process and systems improvement opportunities. This position will be an integral part of the tHRive Program Management Team comprised of HR Leadership as well as expert contractors specializing in change management, business analysis and implementation coordination.
