Hamilton Connections is hiring for Call Center Representatives in East Haven, CT!
Pay and Schedule :
- Hours : 35+ hours
- Employees are scheduled between 7 : 30am and 5pm (could go slightly later)
- Monday through Saturday (Usually every other Saturday)
- Pay : $17
Essential Job Functions :
Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionAssess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsMulti-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the businessMeet and team-up with co-workers to ensure proper customer serviceJob Qualifications :
Exceptional relationship-building skillsProficiency in computer navigation, multi-tasking and working with several software programs at the same timeBasic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Requirements :High School Diploma or GEDBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesSolid communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with high volume callsProficiency in Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPointAbility to maintain a presentable and professional appearance
