Inside Parts Counter Representative

Inside Parts Counter Representative Opportunity Summary :

Inside Parts Counter Representative are responsible for processing, pulling, and delivering or shipping to shop or customer to ensure all work scheduled is completed in a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Job Duties :

• Process and locate unit parts for customers.
• Verify part numbers in the appropriate books via electronic records to ensure accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and record data, reporting any variances to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and research any data inconsistencies.
• Tracking daily use of parts and receiving orders.
• Creating Purchase Orders (PO's) for weekly stock orders and reporting to manager.
• Nurturing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and suppliers.
• Maintaining appropriate inventory readiness and warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Able to read technical drawings and accurately assemble hoses using hydraulic machinery.
• Capable of coordinating with third-party freight importers to arrange pickup, transportation, and delivery from overseas part suppliers.
