Job Description

Description :

Ready to make things happen? We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader who thrives on turning plans into reality, keeping teams accountable, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you love execution as much as results, this is your role. Women’s Health Associates, a busy and growing OBGYN practice with two locations in Boise and Meridian, is seeking a results-driven Assistant Administrator to lead the smooth, efficient operations of our clinics.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Executive Director, who sets the strategy and direction — your focus will be turning decisions into action and keeping the day-to-day running seamlessly. You’ll ensure our team delivers exceptional care while staying accountable to our goals.

We need someone who :

  • Owns the details – You keep a close eye on the moving parts that make a practice run well and spot issues before they become problems.
  • Drives daily operations – You ensure schedules, systems, finances, and people stay on track every day.
  • Follows through, every time – You finish what you start and keep others accountable to do the same.
  • Thinks critically under pressure – You make sound decisions quickly and confidently, using both logic and good judgment.
  • Communicates clearly – Whether it’s with providers, staff, patients or leadership, you convey information in a way that builds understanding and trust.
  • Balances firmness with approachability – You can hold people accountable while building trust and confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, facilities, and supplies.
  • Serve as the EMR (eCW) super user, ensuring systems run smoothly.
  • Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, and provide revenue cycle support.
  • Lead payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts.
  • About Us :

Women’s Health Associates is a respected, physician-owned practice providing personalized care for women throughout every stage of life. Our mission is to serve women with compassion and without judgment.

    Requirements :

  • Four or more years of leadership experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting.
  • Independent practice experience preferred.
  • eCW expertise highly desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • If you’re ready to own execution, keep operations running smoothly, and lead with both accountability and empathy, we’d love to connect.
