Job Responsibilities
Content Distribution :
- Ensure all articles are published across various platforms, including the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Review content for accuracy and consistency before publication, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Share each article in 100+ LinkedIn groups to maximize visibility, reach, and engagement with industry professionals and potential clients.
Social Media and Content Quality Management :
Monitor and manage content standards across all distribution channels to maintain a strong and professional brand image.Track and optimize content performance based on engagement and feedback to enhance future distribution strategies.Administrative Support :
Assist in managing and organizing the email inbox, sorting important messages, and clearing outdated or unnecessary emails to improve efficiency.Support other organizational tasks as needed to help streamline administrative processes.Project Assistance :
Initiated and completed special projects, including email mail merges, with a high level of independence and initiative.Adapt to changes and provide timely communication regarding project status and potential delays.
