What Youll Do :

• Oversee daily air import operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Lead and support a team of 210 import staff, providing coaching, development, and performance oversight
• Implement departmental policies, SOPs, and process improvements to drive efficiency
• Prepare quotations, review documentation, and maintain clear communication with customers and vendors
• Ensure smooth customs clearance, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service
