Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant - EHS / HSE

Location : Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities :

Analyze business needs and convert them into Oracle system solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
Collect and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and system analysis.
Design Oracle system solutions that align with business goals.
Work with stakeholders to ensure Oracle solutions are implemented successfully.
Perform system testing and validation to confirm Oracle solutions meet business needs.
Train and support end-users on Oracle systems and processes.

Skills Required :

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Intermediate level expertise (3-5 years) in Oracle systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to conduct thorough system testing and validation.

Proficiency in training and supporting end-users.
