Job Description

An experienced Senior Dynamics (CRM) Technical Lead responsible for the implementation and support of our Dynamics application. This is a varied and demanding role involving all aspects of implementing Dynamic solutions to support our field techs. The role includes gathering business requirements, analyzing, implementing, installing, configuring, administering, upgrading, and providing technical support, ensuring the efficiency of the application and stability. This role also requires a good functional understanding of software architecture and the ability to work with ITBA / PM (Business Analysts / Project Managers), developers, architects, and infrastructure service groups to support the overall assigned application portfolio.

Responsibilities

You will lead the technical implementation of the Dynamics application. Your day-to-day tasks will include :

  • Leading or participating in the technical design and architecture sessions with the business.
  • Architecting and improving the Dynamics system, related customizations, workflows, integrations, and reports to model the company process.
  • Advising the business on best practices for Dynamics , development, or integration processes.
  • Writing technical specifications for planned work.
  • Creating data migration and integration mappings.
  • Mocking up specifications for our overseas development team and facilitating project development, testing, and deployment.
  • Build the Dynamics forms, screens, views, workflows, and reports around business interface needs.
  • Guiding projects along through daily communications with the business stakeholders or project manager.
  • Regularly communicate with the business stakeholders on the projects and the issue resolution status.
  • Estimating the completion of tasks and gaining the business stakeholders approval.
  • Participating in informal or formal design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants.
  • Distribute information on the latest Dynamics -related and technology news to the team members.
  • Support the application post-go-live during system setting and fix application issues.
  • Debug plugin (C) and JavaScript.
  • Non-Essential Duties : Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A strong passion for Dynamics and associated Microsoft technologies and familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience in analyzing, designing, implementing, and rolling out CRM Dynamics solutions.
  • Extensive experience designing, customizing, developing, or integrating complex Dynamics solutions in multiple environments.
  • Deep understanding of the methods and tools used to customize / extend Dynamics solution and comprehensive knowledge of PCF (Power App Control framework).
  • Experience integrating D CE with various systems using tools like Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Experience developing custom workflows, plugins, Azure-based processes, client-side functionality using C and JavaScript, and knowledge of migrating data to D CE using tools such as DevOps.
  • Develop, maintain, and understand documentation related to application management, including, but not limited to, installation, maintenance, upgrades, patching, and support. Ensure systems documentation follows best practices and is up-to-date, accurate, and tested.
