Job Description :
The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting approximately 300 employees across multiple locations. This is a bilingual role (English / Spanish) responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and leave administration.Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.Oversee workers’ compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers.Administer FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.Support and maintain the HRIS system, serving as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and training (Paycom preferred).Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance reporting and audits.Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and Spanish – required3+ years of HR Generalist experience supporting diverse employee groupsExperience within manufacturing, construction, or similar “hands-on” environments preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practicesProficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycom experience highly preferred)Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdditional Details :
