job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrepare and generate daily reports, meeting agendas, and emails Conduct month-end accounting processes Manage ordering for uniforms and supplies Maintain time punch record keeping Process payroll-related transactions Organize, track, and maintain vendor invoices Respond timely to emails and phone calls Support the team through operations daily during peak times Provide remarkable hospitality to guests and respond to guest complaints Assist store leadership in daily administrative tasks and follow up on routine task duties Perform and assist with other general administrative duties as required Consistency and Reliability Cheerful and Positive Attitude Values Teamwork Detail Oriented Loves Serving and Helping Others Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Make Emotional Connections with Guests Be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately Be Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have strong work ethic To communicate effectively with guests and team members Applicants will also be expected to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
Restaurant Administrative Assistant

As an administrative assistant, your job will entail guest interactions over the phone, generating daily reports for leadership, engaging in business accounting processes, team communication around catering, and participating in operations during peak times.
- This Administrative Assistant position is for future restaurant growth within the year. This position will initially train for restaurant operations and gradually train for administrative duties.
