Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY : The Recovery Coach meets with newly enrolled individuals after their screening review to assist with the enrollment process and begin developing therapeutic rapport to support their addiction recovery. As part of the Integrated Team, the role assists individuals in identifying meaningful goals for their Individual Action Plan / Treatment Plan, focusing on areas such as mental health recovery education, daily living skills, recovery from addictions, relationships, vocational activities, and leisure.
