Job Summary
Plan, set-up and perform machine and bench operations necessary to make, alter, or repair tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, molds or gauges of complex design from complex blueprints, diagrams, or samples.

- Design, manufacture and test run tools.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.Journeyman Tool and Die Maker status preferred.Required Skills
Strong written / verbal communication.Good decision-making skills.Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities.Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.Able to design and manage projects.Ability to work with diverse personalities.Experience working with close tolerances.Manual dexterity.Minimum 5 years or work experience in a tool room environment required.Knowledge of heat treating.Basic PC and internet skills.This position is hourly / non-exempt.
