The Internal Medicine Physician role involves providing comprehensive care to adult patients, averaging 15-18 visits per day. The position offers flexible scheduling options and is supported by two medical assistants, with a focus on bread-and-butter primary care. Candidates must be board-certified and hold an active California medical license.

  • Start Date

February 4, 2025 or ASAP

prefer 6 months but will consider 3 months to start

  • Schedule

    • 2 schedule options :

    4,10hr shifts, Tuesday-Friday, 8am-6pm

  • 5, 8hr shifts, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Clinical Details

    • Will consider someone who can see ages 18+

  • Avg. 15-18 pts per day - 3 patients per hour = 24 patients per day with no show rate providers typically average 2.2 patients per hour
  • Bread and Butter Primary Care Coverage
  • 2 MA's for support staff, no RN's
  • Requirements

    • Board Certified ABIM or ABFM

  • MD or DO
  • Active CA License
  • Active CA DEA
  • Strongly prefer mileage reimbursement only, but may consider lodging
  • EMR

    • Epic
