Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced technical assistance to internal teams and external service partners to resolve complex product-related issues and workshop tool concerns.
- Conduct field visits to support markets and customers experiencing technical challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis on product quality issues, define containment actions when needed, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Utilize data acquisition systems and analytical tools to diagnose and resolve vehicle performance issues.
- Apply expert-level knowledge in powertrain, chassis, and electrical / electronic systems.
- Leverage deep understanding of diagnostic procedures, repair strategies, and service practices.
- Lead large-scale technical support initiatives or end-to-end processes with minimal oversight.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, reviewing and delegating tasks as needed.
- Tackle complex and often ambiguous technical problems requiring innovative solutions.
Experience :
5+ years of relevant experience in technical support or engineering roles within the heavy-duty vehicle industry.Proven expertise in data acquisition and analysis for vehicle diagnostics.Strong background in Class 8 truck systems, including design, development, and service operations.Experience managing technical projects and mentoring less experienced professionals.Required Skills :
