Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a customer-facing sales support role responsible for managing customer orders from order entry through order delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and confirm customer purchase orders with internal and external customers
- Coordinate expediting of products to meet customer expectations
- Communicate schedule changes with internal and external customers based on customers' inputs and expectations
- Work with sales and production to assist in solving customer issues
- Monitor order status through production to communicate differences to customers as necessary
- Process returns when incorrect or damaged items occur
- Ongoing problem solving and support of customers
- Develop and maintain good customer relations ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

2 years previous experience with customer service responsibilities, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExperience working for a Build to Print Contract Manufacture would be idealExperience working in the electrical industry, electrical wire harness or panel industry is preferredExperience working for a Commercial OEM, Electrical or Electronics Distributor, Manufacturer's Representative, Systems Integrator or Wire Manufacturer is a plusExperience using an ERP system for quoting is a plusTimberline Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
