Schedule : Full Time

With Salary $130,000 – $170,000 / yr plus benefits

Preferred Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Gerontology.
• Demonstrated expertise in the management of chronic health conditions , including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, chronic respiratory diseases (e.g., COPD), and heart disease.
• Proven experience in prescribing and managing medications

ability to initiate, titrate, and monitor therapies such as insulin, antihypertensive, statins, and other evidence-based treatments aligned with current clinical guidelines.
