Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated structural engineer to join us and take on increasing responsibility in managing projects and delivering excellence.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a senior Civil / Structural Engineer with 10-plus years of experience looking for a new challenge. This individual will be responsible for managing 3-5 projects simultaneously while actively participating in the production and / or review of engineering deliverables, with a focus on the assessment and repair of existing structures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple projects from assessment to repair completion, including teams of engineers, drafters, and technicians, while ensuring technical excellence and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Evaluate existing structures for deterioration, damage, and compliance with current codes.
• Design and analyze structural repairs and retrofits using ACI design codes and other relevant industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams to integrate structural repair solutions effectively.
• Review and produce engineering drawings, calculations, and reports focused on structural repair.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Perform site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and oversee repair implementations.
• Mentor junior engineers.
