THE ROLE

Zeta Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Actions Account Analytics team , supporting data-driven performance optimization across our agency, lead generation and lead engagement businesses.

You will be a key member of a high-impact traditional marketing analytics group to drive scale, efficiency, and innovation across client and internal workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equally passionate about hands-on analytics, building scalable AI solutions, and operationalizing insights into production systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Analytics & Optimization

• Own end-to-end campaign reporting, performance tracking, and optimization analysis across multiple clients and verticals.
• Design testing frameworks, attribution logic, and optimization strategies to enhance ROI and efficiency.
• Identify performance trends and uncover opportunities for optimization using statistical, predictive, and AI-driven techniques.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.00 , depending on experience.
